Refund Policy

1. Country Pass Purchases

The Country Pass is a one-time payment for 90 days of unlimited stock alerts. It is not a recurring subscription.

2. System Failure Refund

If alerts are not working due to a confirmed system failure on our side, we offer a prorated refund for the duration of the downtime.

3. 14-Day Withdrawal Right

If you change your mind within 14 days of purchase, you may request a withdrawal by contacting us. This right does not apply if you have already consumed the alert service.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your payment details and the reason for your request. We respond within 1–2 business days.
